We strive to stay within our stated turn around time which can be found on the banner of the home page. This time may fluctuate due to volume. This does not include the shipping timeframe, as shipping time varies based on your location.
That said, we strive to make our shipping times as accurate as possible to ensure that you receive your package(s) in a timely manner. We totally understand that many of our customers buy products for time sensitive holidays or events and need to get their orders in as quickly as possible. Rest assured, once the order ships you will receive an email with the necessary shipping details.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the shipping drop off. After that, it is out of our control. All shipments from 403 Designs are shipped by the shipping option of your choice. Please be sure to select a shipping option that provides insurance. We also strongly encourage you purchase route.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
