Do you print transfers?
Yes! We absolutely print direct to film transfers for you to press on your own! Please submit your print ready art work here
Do I need a heat press or can I use an iron?
A commercial heat press is recommended. While a cricut easy press or iron may get your design onto your shit it will not last, pressure is needed for DTF to adhere. We are happy to press for you for a small fee, email support@403designs.com
Do you offer completed shirts?
We do! Please email support@403designs.com for more information.
Do you sell blanks?
At this time we currently offer blank hats and do not stock shirts or sweatshirts.
What is your turn around time?
DTF: 10am cut off for same business day processing, we print Monday through Friday except holidays or as noted on the header of the home page. We do not print on weekends. Orders placed at 10:01 or later will process the following business day.
Jump the line is available for rush orders from 10am-12pm EST for same business day processing
UV DTF 1-3 business days
Puff 3-5 business days
Embroidery 10-14 business days, rush options may be available. Please email support@403designs.com
I submitted an order and forgot something, can you add to or combine my orders?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate order add ons or combine shipping.
Why is shipping so high?
Ordering singles plus gang sheets or adding 13-14" prints will double charge shipping, we will refund the overage when we ship.
What are hours for local pick up?
Local pick ups can be completed 24/7, our door code will allow you access to the lobby to pick up at a time convenient for you.
